OUR COMMISSION
To expand the model of achieving the Global Goals in Africa:
Global goals are often loaded with variety of ideals and concepts for global development. But the application of the concepts or ideals cannot be the same for the different nations of the world, who operate under different systems of economic, social and cultural features. This is the main reason why many developing countries find it difficult to implement or practice global agendas actively or potently. GAAS Africa therefore studies the states of Africa countries and how models of applying global goals differently can be made accessible and simple to the masses.
To put the agencies in charge of global agendas in Africa on their feet to do well.
GAAS Africa does not play the role of the critique by criticizing duties and mandates, but rather suggesting alternatives or solutions for existing developmental concept. GAAS Africa wants to make the institutions or agencies in affiliation with global goals do better by having a keen interest and knowledge or information about whatever they do. This we do in a decent and transparent manner without any malice or secret intention apart from the intention for which the goals were introduced and the interest of the entire humanity.
To create awareness of global agendas and hence making it popular like national agendas.
GAAS Africa has the aim of creating awareness about global goals to make them popular and appreciated by the masses. This requires a higher sense of social programming which we believe is always effective through our political, social and cultural provisions.
To throw more light on Global Goals by inviting the masses to participate.
One reason why many people do not partake in helping achieve the global agendas is because they don’t have enough information about the agendas. Whilst creating awareness is not enough, there must be a step further where the individuals and groups can be exposed to the benefits of joining the global exercise through their skills and professions. If people are made aware of how they can develop or improve their enterprises and personal lives by joining a global exercise, the masses will join with all enthusiasm.
To make governments develop greater interest in achieving global goals; thus balancing national visions with the global visions.
GAAS Africa has the burning desire to make the governments of Africa and other developing countries take upon themselves about the global goals. If GAAS Africa assists in influencing the masses to partake the global exercise to develop their lives, any attempt of the government to meet the needs of the people will be in the path of fulfilling a global demand. Moreover, GAAS Africa accepts relationship with government agencies and ministries to introduce concept and models of achieving national targets through global concepts as interpreted by GAAS Africa in line with the Global Community.
To prepare for a higher concept of participation in the global agenda through basic traditions and cultures.
GAAS Africa loves to interpret global goals to fit the basic culture of the masses. Every individual has his or her base culture of comprehending and relating with an issue. This is seen in communities of people whereby a group of people seem to be thinking alike due to their political, cultural, social, religious, environmental and leadership influence. For this reason, it is advisable for global goals to be interpreted to fit the people´s way of life to reveal how they can also participate in the global agenda without grudging their domestic or traditional interests. GAAS Africa has the continuous passion to meet different people with the same global agenda, but with different models by studying the people and then interpreting the global agenda to fit their base culture of life.
